I'm not getting my results emails!

Your feedback results email is sent within a few moments of you doing an examination.  So, even allowing for network delays it ought to arrive within the hour.

1: Check your activity log to see if your exam has been marked.

Login to your AirQuiz account, and check your activity log.  A sample is shown below. You can find out if the examination has been marked yet.  This will show you the date & time that our servers sent your results email.

If the results email has been sent to you but nothing has arrived, then read on...

2: Free email systems are sometimes worth what they cost ;-)

Occasionally, email systems take a lot longer to deliver - and the 'free email' systems are often the worst in that respect in our experience.  If you are using a 'free email' provider, then make sure you allow extra time for your results mail to arrive.   Although they are sometimes slow, most free systems are reliable enough though.  With one exception - HotMail - which is unreliable in our experience...  Google Mail is a good alternative. 

3: Check your spam settings

Your message may have been discarded! Check your junk mail folders to see that the mail has not been automatically trashed. You may need to define airquiz.com (main site) and airquiz.co.uk (the backup server) as 'trusted sites' to allow your results emails to pass through email spam filters.

4: Check your results emails are being sent to the correct email address!

Login to AirQuiz and create an examination.  After you submit your results, AirQuiz will display a confirmation screen, and this will show you the email address your results are being sent to.  Check this carefully, and let us know if you need to change this.

5: Still got problems?

Checked the above possibilities? If so, contact a member of AirQuiz support staff and let us know.  We can switch on 'full tracking' on your account, which will monitor closely what is going on and help us to track down the problem.
