If you are having trouble logging into AirQuiz, then take a look at these three steps to resolving your problem. 

Before you start troubleshooting, remember that your username and password are both CaSe SeNsiTiVe!

1: Use the login reminder facility (quickest - and easy!)

Do you know the email address that you registered with AirQuiz?  (Your results emails will have been sent to this address.)  If you are able to quote this correctly, our login reminder facility will be able to automatically send you a reminder of your username together with a new password.

2: Check your email archives

When you first registered, you were sent an email which contained your login username and password.  If you kept that email, this is an easy way of retrieving forgotten login details.  To help you search, the sender would have been "sales@airquiz.com", and the subject would have been "AirQuiz Registration and Payment Information."

3: If needed, request a manual database search (slowest)

Ah.  If you have reached stage 3, it looks like you will need to request a manual database search for your details.  Although we are usually quite quick to sort these problems out, please allow up to 24 hours for us to respond.
