Need help? Check out the AirQuiz Help Centre, which includes the login reminder facility. If the question you have is not answered in the AirQuiz Help Centre, send us your question by email. We try to respond to requests as soon as possible, usually within one working day (i.e. within 24 hours during the week). We are often quicker than this though.
Why no telephone support? This is because most of our requests are for help with a difficult examination question, which we can easily respond to by email. We have found that requests for support with problems are really quite rare, due to the automated and reliable nature of the primary and backup servers. (Operating a helpline would considerably add to the costs of running AirQuiz, which would mean higher charges.) |
