About AirQuiz Setting up & maintaining your AirQuiz account
I had problems making e-payment! The secure online payment facilities associated with AirQuiz are provided by NoChex and PayPal. This means that problems with e-payment may be out of our direct control.
However, note that your AirQuiz account is established before you are taken to the payment pages. This means you don't need to re-register on the AirQuiz site if the e-payment doesn't go through for any reason. Instead, check your email and use your new username and password to login to your AirQuiz account. If a payment is outstanding, you will see the payment page and you can retry your e-payment. Once payment is received, your account will be activated. Any problems with payment, contact a member of AirQuiz support staff and we will do our best to help sort things out. (Of course, you also have the option of paying by cheque.) Payments can be made at the time of registration by debit / credit card, or cheque. Electronic payments are processed automatically meaning your account is normally activated within an hour. (Cheque payments obviously take a lot longer to clear.) Registered already but not paid yet? Just login to your account using your username and password. If you have not paid yet, you will be presented with a number of payment options - including the option to cancel your registration. Can I pay in currencies other than UK pounds? Currently, payment in other currencies can only be accepted via PayPal which will allow you to transfer the required amount in pounds. I made a mistake when registering, what should I do? If you need to make any changes to your
registration, contact a member of AirQuiz support

Of course. If you have already registered for an AirQuiz account and want to register for more AirQuiz examinations, simply login to AirQuiz and then follow the link to request access to more examinations. Additional AirQuiz examinations are charged at £3 per examination requested. (If you have never registered with Airquiz, simply use the standard registration form to register your new account.) How do I change my personal login details? Simply contact a member of AirQuiz support staff, letting us know what changes you would like us to make. How long does my registration last? Your registration is normally valid for two years. We will write to you towards the end of your registration and ask if you want to renew it. At this point, you will be able to renew for as many or as few examinations as you want. So if you have passed some of the examinations by this point, there is no need to pay for them again. Renewal rates are currently set at £3 per examination subject renewed. Can I disconnect from the Internet whilst using AirQuiz? Yes. Once you have logged in and displayed your examination, you are free to disconnect from the Internet whilst you work through the questions, saving you connect charges. At the end of the examination, reconnect to the Internet and use the Submit button to send your work to the server for marking.
It pays to be careful when opening new email. You
might not know that a lot of viruses 'spoof' the source email address - so
a rogue email may appear to have come from AirQuiz.
The only time we will ask you for your password is when you login (or when
you are using the login reminder facility). We will never send you
an email asking you to
confirm your personal information or password. (If you lose a
password we just issue you with a new one). |
